Blerta Dujaka does not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or other related charges (“Duties”) aside from shipping costs at checkout. It is your responsibility to cover any applicable Duties. We do not take responsibility for, nor will we reimburse, any Duties or additional costs (including return shipping fees) arising from a refusal or failure to pay these charges.

Can I return my order?

Absolutely! We stand by the Blerta Dujaka Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will find a suitable solution for you. You may return the product within 24 hours of receiving it. A return label will be provided, and you will be issued a refund*, minus shipping and handling fees. Please note that returns are only available for orders placed within Kosovo.

International Returns

For international purchases, all sales are considered final. If you have any concerns, please contact us at info@blertadujakacouture.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return, and we will assist you. If eligible, international returns will be compensated with an online gift card equal to the original purchase amount, minus a 200€ restocking fee. Shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.

*Refunds will be handled in line with our refund policy.
